Belleville General Hospital Foundation Joins Quinte Cricket Cup 2026 as Silver Sponsor
Belleville General Hospital Foundation joins a growing roster of local businesses backing cricket in the Quinte region as a Silver Sponsor of the Quinte Cricket Cup 2026.
BELLEVILLE — Quinte Cricket Club is honoured to welcome the Belleville General Hospital Foundation as an official Silver Sponsor of the Quinte Cricket Cup 2026. For more than 40 years, the Foundation has been a cornerstone of healthcare in the Quinte region, and their involvement adds real meaning to this year's tournament.
The Belleville General Hospital Foundation raises funds to support Belleville General Hospital and the patients, families, and healthcare professionals who rely on it every day. Government funding does not cover the cost of much of the specialized medical equipment used across the hospital — and that is where the Foundation and its donors step in.
Through campaigns like its Annual Gala, the Golf Tournament, the Spring Mammography Campaign, and the Door-to-Door Campaign, the Foundation funds priority equipment needs across departments, supports breast cancer imaging and other essential diagnostics, and helps strengthen the overall standard of care available in the Quinte region.
Their partnership with the Quinte Cricket Cup 2026 is about more than sponsorship — it's a chance to highlight a community organisation whose work touches just about every family in the Bay of Quinte at some point. Supporting cricket and supporting healthcare go hand in hand: both are about strong, healthy, connected communities.
"We're grateful to have Belleville General Hospital Foundation on board as a Silver Sponsor," said club organizers. "Every sponsorship — at every level — helps us put on a better tournament for the players, families, and fans who make this weekend special."
The Quinte Cricket Cup 2026 will take place on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7 at the Harmony Cricket Ground in Belleville. The fast-paced 8-overs format and $4,600 prize pool — anchored by title sponsor Benton Fry Ford and runner-up sponsor Timberwolf Auto Collision, with Gold Sponsor Satwinder Singh Real Estate and Silver Sponsors like Belleville General Hospital Foundation — promises a memorable weekend of competition and community.
